union league philadelphia pa wedding of andrea + mike

A couple of weeks ago I had the divine pleasure of not only getting to work with/get to know the out of this world amazing couple Andrea + Mike but also to photograph their wedding at the historical Union League in Philadelphia. It is a city that I have been to a handful of times over the course of my life but this was my first wedding there and everything about these two's wedding day was just so sweet and magical and delightfully unique. They are true intellects with hearts of gold and I just loved the vintage details that they had incorporated with the backdrop of the old building, I adored the Quaker ceremony that they put together and I still cannot get over how beautiful Andrea's lace gown was! I honestly felt like I was stepping back in time when I took their pictures, especially when they were playing chess up against this huge old window -- I felt like suddenly I was seeing this quietly beautiful moment unfold in front of me in the late 19th century rather than the 21st. I just adored every moment of their day and I could not adore them more!

Such a big congratulations to Andrea + Mike!
