tom polucci portraits
I recently had the opportunity to photograph Tom Polucci for the magazine Interiors and Spaces. Polucci is a director of interior design paving the sustainable way for HOK, a cutting-edge global architectural firm. Down to earth and friendly as can be, he fully allowed me to keep the portrait session candid and casual, and I can't wait to read the upcoming article!
Coming Soon: Jill + Sam's Brooklyn Engagement Shoot!

my eco-friendly DVD packaging
As I mentioned back in February, I am trying to completely "green" my photography business, and in doing so, I have had to be creative with the many different ways my final products can be as eco-friendly as possible {while still making everything look pretty, of course}. I hope to give photographic updates here and there with where I am at in my eco-movement, so today I am sharing the story on the DVDs my clients receive. Instead of using DVD paper labels, I use lightScribe (a completely paperless way to label the disks). The paper that I do use is for shipping and DVD case labeling and it is 100% recycled. As for the cardboard elements, they are 100% recycled, and 100% smile-worthy in my mind.
Coming soon, I will share my many more eco-friendly endeavors and the awesome Brooklyn engagement portrait shoot of the lovely Jill + Sam. Can't wait!
